The annual meeting of the membership of Priestley Chapel Associates is held in May.  At the annual meetings board members are elected and a budget approved for the forthcoming year.

The 2010 Annual membership meeting will be on Sunday, May 23 at 1:30 to 3:30 PM at the Chapel.

Agenda for the Annual Membership include
            Election of new board members
            Report on repairs to the chapel
            Report on the memorial garden
            Adoption of budget for 2010-2011
            Discussion of bids to build an annex to the chapel
