The annual meeting of the membership of Priestley Chapel Associates is held in May.  At the annual meetings board members are elected and a budget approved for the forthcoming year.

The 2011 Annual membership meeting will be on Sunday, May 22 at 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Chapel. Agenda for the Annual Membership meeting include

• Election of new board members
• Report on repairs to the chapel
• Report on the memorial garden
• Selection of roofing contractor
• Review of revised bids to build an annex to the chapel
• Adoption of budget for 2011-2012
• And other business
